Building and organizing your whole catalog (recipes, ingredients and packaging) is free, and so is the price calculator. The three paid plans unlock the same Operations: expenses, shopping, inventory, sales and losses. Between them, only the way you pay changes: every month, once a year, or once and done.
How much does Receitório cost? The catalog and the price calculator are free, with no card. Operations (inventory, shopping, expenses, sales and losses) is $3.99 a month or $39.90 a year, both with 7 days free for anyone who has never subscribed, or $79.90 once for Lifetime, with nothing to renew.

Receipt scanning reads the QR code on a Brazilian NFC-e, so that one feature works in Brazil only. Shopping lists, and everything else in Operations, work wherever you bake.

What comes before you pay.
01 Is Receitório free?
Building and organizing your bakery's catalog is free and unlimited: as many recipes, ingredients and packaging items as you like, with no card. The price calculator is free too, with food cost %, margin and suggested price. You pay only when you want to unlock Operations: expenses, shopping, inventory, sales and losses.
02 How much does Receitório cost?
Buying here on the site: monthly is $3.99, yearly is $39.90, and Lifetime is $79.90 as a one-time purchase, all in US dollars. Both subscriptions start with 7 days free for anyone who has never subscribed before.
03 What is the difference between monthly, yearly and Lifetime?
All three unlock the same Operations. Only the way you pay changes. Monthly bills every month and you cancel whenever you want. Yearly bills once a year and costs $39.90, which is ten months of the monthly price for twelve months of access. Lifetime is one payment, with no renewal.
04 Why are the prices here different from the App Store?
App stores take a cut of every sale. Buying on this site leaves that cut out, so every plan is cheaper here: $3.99 a month against $4.99, $39.90 a year against $49.99, and $79.90 for Lifetime against $89.99. All three are sold in the App Store too, if you would rather buy there. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
05 Can I start free and pay later?
Yes. Enter recipes, ingredients and packaging for free, at your own pace, and use the price calculator as much as you like. When you want inventory, shopping, sales and expenses, unlock Operations with a subscription or a one-time purchase. Access shows up in the app as soon as you sign in with the same account.
06 Does one purchase cover Windows, iPhone, iPad and Mac?
Yes. The same subscription or purchase works on Windows and on Apple devices. On Windows, sign in to the app with the account you bought with. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, one purchase covers every device on the same Apple Account, with the data synced across them.
